The villa also comes with a pantry kitchen and a dining table for your convenience. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and attached bathrooms, and offers stunning ocean views.

Explore our small vegetable garden on the property and discover fresh produce. Relax in our garden hammock surrounded by lush greenery. The best stay of my travelling life.
This felt so luxurious and that everything had been catered for and thought about to such fine detail. Most importantly, Habi was the most generous host, making the experience feel personalised and totally made the trip. The rest of her team were also so warm and professional, making sure every need was catered for. The location is perfect. Just 2 rooms in a large, beautifully decorated complex, right on the beachside (private beach). The property is fantastic and easy to get to Panaji or other places e.g. Benaulim (great for an afternoon excursion) or great food places along the coast. The beach is so much quieter than the crowded beaches around, and watching sunsets on the deserted beach was so special! Next the property. The attention to detail is so high, anticipating the needs of the guests while feels not too much, with an element of measured simplicity. Stunning rooms, incredible food (all home cooked infront of you), and vistas onto the sea where hours pass. In short, it was an incredible stay that we look forward to repeating in the near future!

Very nice and quite place, just a little paradise at the sea shore! Room is very clean and cosy, we liked it. There is a big fan at the top and two air conditions in the room, and mosquito screens on windows 👍 The host Habiba is very caring and everyone in the hotel is polite and attentive. Food is perfect, hot and freshly cooked 😋 Lunch and dinner place with so lovely sea view just at the line of sandy beach. The beach is clean and very spacy. Nothing disturbs. Water in the sea sometimes isn’t warm, but hot like in a bath 😅 Nice place to stay for a few days or just short romantic getaway for couples ♥️ Thank you for this kind of place! 🙏

Peaceful stay at Villa Fiesta
The property was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It’s a stones throw from the beach and there are multiple areas to relax and read. Habiba, the property manager, was attentive and wonderful and made sure that all of our needs were met (including food, drink, and booking taxis). The rest of the staff are also incredibly helpful. Just a wonderful property and experience all around.

Villa Fiesta, a piece of paradise
We loved everything about Villa Fiesta. We stayed for 10 of the most relaxing, magical days we’ve ever had on a holiday. Habiba and her lovely team looked after us like we’ve never experienced before, we ate delicious home cooked Goan food, with plenty of variety and had delicious snacks made for us so we could try local dishes. If we wanted to go anywhere Habiba helped us to arrange scooter hire or taxis, or we would just walk to the closest shop which was 15 mins away. Location wise waking up everyday listening to the waves we found really restful and the sunsets were beautiful. The villas themselves have everything you need, they are comfortable, clean and very tasteful and interesting in their design, with soft fabrics for coziness and big windows to let plenty of light in, they are air-conditioned too. The dogs were super friendly and no trouble at all, we made friends with all of them. Thank you Yellow, Habiba and the team. What a piece of paradise you have created. We’ll be back for sure.

Habiba and her staff made a magical beachside location with beautiful grounds feel like home.
Villa Fiesta is a beautiful, remote, beachside getaway with exquisite outdoor spaces for relaxing, reading and conversation. It’s right on the beach, but private at the same time. The cabana is set up as two separate rooms with a shared dining table and deck between them. The compound is clean and comfortable with lovely landscaping, and paths to various areas to relax in beach chairs, hammocks and dining tables. There is an outdoor kitchen where the staff prepare the meals. The food was fantastic, and all local dishes. Habiba, the manager and cook, was simply lovely, and took the time to teach us how to make some of the dishes she prepared. Chandru, Jeetu and Phagan were kind, thoughtful and a joy to be around. Villa Fiesta is remote, and that is exactly what we were looking for in a beach-side getaway. The owner made time to visit one day and to cook one of our meals. We deeply enjoyed her company and her vision for Villa Fiesta. We recommend this property without reservation, but note that it is really best for those who want to have some quiet time in a beautiful property on a South Goa beach.
There’s not much to say about what we didn’t like. The room was a little small, but really very comfortable. The truth is we didn’t come here to spend time inside anyway. The outdoor spaces are amazing, and very diverse. The property is remote, but the staff are really good at helping you find your way there.

Villa Fiesta is simply exquisite ! From booking with Ayushi – with prompt responses and thoughtful assistance. To the beautiful welcome reception of flower garlands and Namaste from all the staff even though we arrived at an ungodly hour of the morning ! Through to the unrelenting service from Habiba and the team that made us feel like royalty from the moment of arrival to leaving. The layout of the villa is just beautiful, with lots of little areas to relax and follow the sun, or seek the shade, and cute little focal points such as the outdoor shower area to cool off with ; and the hammocks, or the seating areas to watch the sunset. The team are always unobtrusively in attendance. This is just the perfect place to relax and seek seclusion from the crowds. The gardens have their own entrance straight onto the beach – where it’s a short few yards to the waterline – and life guards are in attendance to advise best swim areas – although it was all very sedate whist we were there. With long beautiful clean beaches each way for solitary walks – feeling absolutely safe with the local friendly fishermen and local families picnicking on an evening ; it’s just sheer bliss. The food was fantastic ; we just asked Habiba to make us what they would eat ; so, she sought a different array of traditional foods each meal and it was all fabulous ; but equally she would have found us European food if we had asked for it ; we wanted to experience the culture of India and she certainly gave us a taste of it ! Each meal was extremely fresh and flavoursome and served with care and attention to detail. We would get little treats throughout the days of snacks and teas ; it just made the experience so blissful.

Hidden gem in Goa!
This is a beautiful, authentic and peaceful place, away from all the busy, loud and touristy places. The service and kindness from the staff led by Habiba is just perfect and even the owner of the place came to have lunch with us (which she made herself) and told us some stories about the history of the villa. Habiba cooked a nice breakfast in the morning with local dishes, eggs, fruits and even pancakes! There is a direct access to the beach from the garden which is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean and all have a sea view. There are only 2 bungalows / rooms and the closest houses / hotels are far away so the place is very quiet all day long. The beach feels like a private beach with only fishermen a bit further away and the occasional cow passing by. This is the place you need to relax in Goa!!

A hidden gem you’ll want to come back to
Villa Fiesta is in a great location, thanks to its close proximity to Panaji, Old Goa and the airport, but once you arrive, it feels like a remote, heavenly tropical hideaway. The gardens are lovely, with various little spots to relax, sunbathe, read, or simply stare out over the beach and sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a heritage feel, with lots of dark wood creating a cosy atmosphere. The staff here are lovely — Anu greeted us on arrival and made sure we were settled in nicely, and she was available on WhatsApp if we had any questions. We had incredible food prepared for us daily by Chef Robin, while housekeeping, drinks, and anything else we needed were taken care of by Eknath. Both did everything they could to make our stay very special. Villa Fiesta is the kind of place that has you thinking about when you can come back only a day after arriving.

Beautiful location, the chalets are lovely and the beds comfy. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Really couldn’t fault it and we had the most wonderful stay.

A very special place in the world.
Villa Fiesta was a complete lucky find and we are so glad we discovered it. Due to an unexpected issue with our visa, we sadly missed our original flights to Goa. When we contacted the owner, Yellow, she was incredibly understanding and went out of her way to help us with alternative dates. Although the villa was reserved for the owners’ own private time, they very kindly allowed us to stay for one night – a gesture we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, it felt like pure paradise. We had access to the swimming pool and all the beautiful facilities, and we pre-booked a meal which was freshly prepared on site by their friendly, dedicated team. The owners even joined us for dinner, which was such a lovely touch and gave us the chance to hear about their life and the story behind this special place. In the morning, my husband swam in the sea just a stone’s throw from the villa and had the entire beach completely to himself, not another person in sight in either direction. The golden sand and beautiful water were absolutely stunning and so peaceful. They also arranged a car to take us on to our next destination, and we were genuinely sad to leave after just one night. We made a promise to return and truly cannot wait to come back. A very special place with exceptional kindness and hospitality.

The perfect place for a quiet time away from busy life
This was our first trip to India and after sightseeing in Mumbai for several days, we wanted a place to relax and enjoy a quiet time together. Villa Fiesta has the nicest people, home-cooked local food of the best quality and just a perfect setting and ambience for a urban / digital detox. The host Habiba is an incredible human being, spreading so much good energy and making our stay a really special one we will never forget. The chef Tulunga is an artist of his craft, taking home-style cooking to another level. Every day we were served with a new variety of local dishes and breads that just amazed us again and again. Peaceful haven perfect for a reset.
We loved this place it was so relaxing and beautiful. The atmosphere is very old fashioned Goa in a good way with a few zones to sunbathe , eat and swim. Sea is available just outside the property gate and the food was always lovely. The housekeeper and chef were excellent, kind and patient. We would love to go back one day and spent a whole week there which was still not enough. The concierge was helpful throughout via WhatsApp, arranging anything we needed throughout!
