Embrace the tranquility of our 1acre beachfront property
Directions: We offer complimentary airport pickup or pickup from any location within a 25 km radius of Villa Fiesta. We strongly recommend using our pickup service, as our hotel is difficult to locate. For the privacy of our guests, including VIPs, we do not have signboards or a Google Maps location.
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receiving a 50% down payment of your total stay.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival, the amount will be non-refundable.
Meals at Villa Fiesta:
At Villa Fiesta, we offer complimentary breakfast to all our guests, as well as the option for home-cooked meals available upon prior request and discussion. Please note that these additional meals, as well as any alcoholic beverages, are charged separately. Each meal is freshly prepared to order, so to ensure everything is just right, we kindly ask that you share your menu preferences at least 24 hours in advance. Our chef is happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies, but we do require prior notice to prepare accordingly.
Your Friends:
While we value your desire to spend quality time with friends, we request that you understand our policy. We don’t allow any outside guests or your friends to visit the property during your stay.
Taxi Service:
Due to the outsourcing of our taxi services, we regret to inform you that we are unable to take responsibility for any personal belongings. Please ensure all your items are removed from the vehicle.
Drugs:
The use of drugs is strictly prohibited at Villa Fiesta. If found, we will have to ask you to leave. Unfortunately, no compensation can be provided under such circumstances.
Guests with Mobility Needs:
For elderly guests or those with mobility challenges, please be aware that Villa Fiesta is located directly on the beach and is not accessible by car. The parking area is approximately 150 meters away, with access to the villa via a sandy pathway. The property does not offer wheelchair accessibility.
What to Bring for Your Stay:
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Villa Fiesta, we suggest bringing a few essentials. Pack a pair of flip-flops, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, a sunhat, and your swimwear. Light, breezy summer clothing is perfect for relaxing in our warm tropical setting.
Getting Around:
To help you explore the area, you can book a tourist taxi through us for a half-day or full-day excursion. If you prefer to drive yourself, car and two-wheeler rentals are available in the nearby village. For shorter trips, such as visits to the supermarket or the village, our team can provide transportation in our small car. Please keep in mind that Uber services are not available in Goa, so we are here to assist you with your transportation needs. All services mentioned are subject to availability and will incur an extra charge.
Nature’s Charm:
Please refrain from open fires except during supervised BBQ events.
Since we are nested in a nature reserve area we urge you to please avoid playing loud music. Smoking and the use of open flames, such as candles, are not permitted in the villa as it is entirely constructed from wood.
Furry Friends:
Meet our adorable, friendly, and fully vaccinated canine companions! They guard the property at night, so you may hear them bark occasionally when they spot fishermen on the beach or tourists out for a late-night stroll—but please don’t be concerned; they’re simply doing their job. Rest assured, our dogs are gentle and love making new friends.
Beach Bliss:
Since the waves can be strong, optimal swimming hours are between 7 and 11 AM.
Please remember that proper swimwear is a must for all guests, both on the beach and while sunbathing on our property.
We also provided swimming tools; just remember to return them afterward.
Please keep the beach gate locked to prevent the entry of cows.
Stay Safe:
For your comfort and safety, we kindly recommend wearing shoes or flip-flops when walking around the property, as there may be ants in certain areas. Additionally, during sunrise and sunset, we encourage using mosquito repellent for a more pleasant experience. Our dedicated staff is available on-site around the clock, so please feel free to reach out anytime with any requests or questions.
